Biography

Ms. Logroño has over 20 years of experience in banking risk management covering financial, credit, and operational risk, as well as regulatory compliance.

She leads the enterprise risk management and compliance division, including information security, cybersecurity, and third-party risk, and works closely with the executive team to provide oversight for USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. and U.S. Century Bank.

Previously, she served as Corporate Treasurer of Doral Bank in Puerto Rico and has held various senior management positions in the areas of financial and credit risk management, operations, and analytics.

Maricarmen graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a master’s in business administration (MBA) in finance.
